Why I Do This Work
I didn’t arrive at this path through light alone. I got here by surviving the dark. The kind of dark that shapes you. A childhood that taught me to stay small. Trauma that left echoes in my body. Illness that forced me to listen when I wanted to run.
What I’ve learned is that healing is never about perfection. It’s about coming back to yourself, again and again. It’s about remembering what’s underneath the noise.
I do this work because I believe we’re not meant to carry it all alone.
You don’t need to be fixed. You just need space. Witnessing. Safety.
This is what I offer: a place to exhale. To unravel. To start again, on your own terms.
If you feel it in your bones that something needs to shift, I’m here. And we can walk that together.
